Without practical skills to deal with stress, emotions, and interpersonal conflict, many people live a life of pain and turbulent relationships. Although they are doing their best, their old survival strategies destroy relationships and keep them stuck. This frustrating ‘dialectic’ needs to be resolved before the person can move forward and change their life. This course explores DBT, a skill-based treatment protocol for many mental health problems, including suicidality, borderline personality disorder, depression, anxiety, etc.
